On Arrival
We know that packing, preparing for and travelling to a family holiday can be tiring so we want to make your arrival as relaxing as possible. We will call you the week before you arrive to answer any last-minute questions and make you arrival as seamless as possible.
During your stay at Le Mas Sarrat, as well as the wide variety of on-site services available, you can choose to enjoy any number of other services/activities by prior arrangement. These include massage treatments, manicures, pedicures and yoga.
A Home from Home
The children’s beds and cots will be made up and ready – each with it’s own welcome gift. You can also pre-order a first night dinner to be waiting in you accommodation.
Welcome Basket
A complimentary 'welcome basket' with breakfast essentials will be waiting for you upon your arrival. This includes bread, croissants, jam, tea, milk and coffee. Other 'welcome basket' options are available - please see our FAQs for further details.
Honesty Shop/Bar
Use our 'honesty shop' stocked with useful basics: milk, pasta, pasta sauces, fruit purees, biscuits, ice lollies, ice creams, home made pre-prepared frozen food and, of course, soft drinks, cold beers, local rose, red wines and champagne!
Simply note down in the book provided what you have used and settle up at the end of your holiday.
